Nature VS Nurture
Maybe they really can't help it...Maybe they were born that way!?!?

The differences between liberals and conservatives run wide and deep, and a new study suggests they may even be reflected in the very structure of their brains.

In the study, led by Ryota Kanai of the University College London, people who identified themselves as liberals generally had a larger anterior cingulate cortex — a comma-shaped region near the front of the brain that is involved in decision-making. By contrast, those who identified as conservatives had larger amygdalas — almond-shaped structures that are linked with emotional learning and the processing of fear.

1. Emotional learning describes all three of Glenn Becks braincells.
So what...Repukes are shallow, cowardly scumbags and Liberals are deep/critical thinkers. Knew it. It is more like constructive verses destructive ideologies.

5. no worries
It was a tongue in cheek observation...I found it ironic. But it does make me wonder how soon it will be before some conservative will back stem cell research in order to make more conservatives

4. I read something about this earlier today
There was a link shared on Facebook today that touched on this subject slightly- although they were calling Conservatives slightly mentally ill. http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/genius-and-madness/200809/is-political-conservatism-mild-form-insanity This blog was written in 2008, and touches briefly on why republicans may have mental illnesses. I find it interesting, of course, but I'm not surprised much when it comes to results. People who are reserved traditionalists tend to be Republican. Those who are for change and progression tend to be Democrats. Of course your personality is going to affect how you feel about political topics.

6. Nature AND nurture.
Nature vs. nurture is itself ideological framing of discussions of human behavior.
