Dems. will introduce bill to allow voters to repeal and replace gov. officials in Ohio - including
the governor. Legislation is expected to be introduced this week, and
Ohio will be the 20th state to do so. Kasich's popularity is now
about 30%.

1. unfortunately, it won't affect Kasich ...
it's likely to have him "grandfathered" ... kinda like the law can't be applied retroactively ...

presidents not being allowed to serve more than two terms, it was
specifically mentioned that this did not apply to Truman, who
was president at that time, but would apply to future presidents
after him.

In the present Kasich case, it looks as though the Dem. legislators exactly
want to have him recalled.
