Is this a big haul? Because it sure does look like a big haul.
When state troopers in Texas stopped a Longwood trucker Sunday for a traffic violation, they noted he was nervous.

So they asked 30-year-old Giovanni Borrero if they could search his trailer and he agreed, Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Sylvia Jennings said. He drove off Interstate 30 to a nearby shopping center in Mount Pleasant, where troopers began unloading his trailer.

Comingled among the jalapeno peppers, cilantro and cactus he was hauling, they found 194 bundles of marijuana, Jennings said. The pot tipped the scales at 4,605 pounds.

Borrero faces a first-degree felony of possession more than 2,000 pounds of marijuana, Jennings said. He is being held in the Titus County Jail with bail set at $1.5 million.

4. Wow, there are still people who say "yes" when they're asked to be searched?
Shocking!

5. It seems odd to me that Calif. voters didn't legalize it.
There had to have been something wrong with vote tally.

6. Many people didn't like that proposition, and I don't blame them
There was good and bad in it, to be sure. But, at least the penalty for possession is now less serious than a parking ticket, and doesn't go on one's criminal record :)

7. They got a little distracted by someone doing a repeater.
That will happen.
That will happen.

Had to throw a Super Troopers reference in.
