25. Here you go--
The Wisconsin State Journal, in 2006, told the story of State Rep. Scott Jensen (a Prosser protege) who was being tried for conducting illegal campaign work while in office.

Prosser, a Supreme Court "Justice" who is expected to possess unimpeachable integrity, testified at this trial that

"during his seven years as an Assembly leader, the legislative employees under him routinely worked on private political campaigns, even at the Capitol, according to a brief filed by the attorney for state Rep. Scott Jensen.

Prosser and another former legislative leader, Joseph Strohl, acknowledge in the filing that they used their taxpayer- funded caucus staffs for campaigning - the same type of behavior for which Jensen face(d) three felonies and a misdemeanor charge."

Prosser said the campaign activity took place from 1989 until 1994, while he was the Assembly minority leader, and in 1995 and 1996, when the Republicans gained the majority and Prosser became the Assembly speaker.

Rep. Scott Jensen was charged with three felonies & a misdemeanor for misconduct in office.

Prosser got off scott-free because his illegal activities had taken place more than six years prior, which is the statute of limitations for prosecuting felonies in Wisconsin.

One of Prosser's staffers was Kathy Nickolaus, who had been conducting the SAME activities as Jensen & Prosser, was granted immunity from prosecution for testifying in this case.

Why would people vote for them? Even Prosser's home town newspaper, the Appleton Post-Crescent, rejected Prosser and endorsed Joanne Kloppenberg for the reasons mentioned above.

People are wasting their time if they try to convince me otherwise.

24. No, Feingold lost by a bigger margin and was expected to lose
Polling had him down across the state and it was never close. And before you bundle in polls into your mega conspiracy I would have to say even the Democrats and the Feingold camp had their own exit polls and knew they were not going to win.

6. No reason to look?
One would think that
# of ballots
# of votes

would be the first thing you check after an election.

8. This is what irritates me to no end. Not only are they caught in a major
FU, but then they're allowed to stay in the job or worse, they get promoted.

It happens all the time.

19. Thanks for digging this up.
I really thinks it comes down to Do you trust this RepubliCON activist who has a trail of illegal and unethical behavior, with 23 years of experience of voter data manipulation and who's 1st boss, who brought her into state government, was running in the election with questionable results.

This smells all over. And yet people are buying into her RepubliCON lies.

Wake up America. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and acts like a duck, it must be a duck. It couldn't be more blatant.
