a rationalization for moving money from the public purse(tax dollars for public schools) to private corps(private and charter schools) as a method of stealing from tax payers and destroying the public schools at the same time.
If you remember school vouchers were the first meme that was used in the 80's to talk about "improving public schools" by forcing competition from private schools. Of course, one thing that is never mentioned is that public schools take in every kid but private and charter schools do not have to. They can choose only the best students and any kid who doesn't toe the line can be forced out and back to the public schools.
