1. KnR for 504m in actual, since-last-year cuts to WIC
529m from wildland fire programs, 997m from "Clean and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds", 600m for community health centers, 390m LIHEAP, oh and 2.9b for high speed rail.

Good to know this is "what we had to do" to get a fucking budget passed.

2. College funding program cuts
Summer school pell grants eliminated.

"Funding levels were reduced for the following programs: Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grants (SEOG) ($20 million), TRIO ($25 million) and GEAR UP ($20 million).

Thurgood Marshall Legal Scholarships, B.J. Stupak Olympic Scholarships, Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarships and Teach for America appropriations were completely eliminated"

5. I think they will remain, at a greatly reduced size...
and managed through the Faith-Based programs, which I believe will continue to receive increased funding. Just my prognostication.
