So President Obama is going on air to tell us what we need to not look forward to. But a nagging question:

Where is the 2012 grand opening of the HCR in this mix? Will it be cut? Will enough waivers be sent out that will make three people eligble for it in 2012? Where is the ax on this? How is this going to be pulled off with the republicans running around like a demented Joan Crawford?

So the same budgetary requirements are in place? The HCR is safe as a fuzzy kitten?
