OKLAHOMA CITY -- The gruesome death of this 15-year-old tabby cat is incredibly disturbing. Charges of animal cruelty have been filed against 20-year-old Angelina Barnes in the Oklahoma County district court after authorities say Barnes mutilated the family cat.

Barnes' relative arrived at their home on 158th in Northwest Oklahoma City to total darkness.

"There were things done to the house like covering light switches with duct tape so she wouldn't be able to turn on the light," OKC MSgt. Gary Knight said.

The court affidavit says Barnes was found in an outfit she planned to wear to the Lady Gaga concert; a long coat and streaks of what turned out to be cat blood on her face.

in with what happened. Her name could of and should of been left out of it completely. Guess Gaga sells news. As to the story, the young woman obviously needs serious help and hopefully will get it. Very, very sad story.
