Ultimate Teabagger hypocrite tells me: "So you're mooching off the govt tit these days."
Edited on Wed Apr-13-11 08:37 PM by Elwood P Dowd
Met an old family friend and known big-time repuke teabagger type. Told him I was retired now and living off Social Security, and I had applied for VA Health Care benefits. This guy has inherited tons of money and purchased tons of farm land the past 30 years, so I decided to check out if he is receiving any government farm subsidies. Well, since 1995 he has received $1,300,000 and change from THE FUCKING GOVERNMENT TIT! That's just in one county. I think he owns land in others also.

If you know someone you suspect is doing this, check out this site and take a look. I was shocked at the number of rich kids and non-farmers raking in massive amounts of cash.

3. The most worthless pile in Grant County Washington is a
teabagger drunk that inherited the family farm. He sold most of it off to the Hutterite community that is adjacent to his land. I seriously doubt he has the wherewithal to work the system other than the disability he scammed I'll ask my girlfriend what his last name is and check it out.

8. We are as worthy
as these horrible hypocrites. That is a big part of this shit.
Some of these people who are born rich have a fantasy that it means that they are more beloved of God.

My children are as worthy, my life, your life is as worthy as the life of any rich person.

A certain RepuKKKe asshole who does more than well enough for himself, and he is no farmer. Apparently got $900 in peanut subsidies in 2003 :wtf: and has been paid since 2006 under the "Conservation Subsidies" column.

13. I know one of our most prominent Republicans. His family
was granted 640 acres of land in Ohio when it was opened up for settlement back around 1800. The land has passed down through his family for over two hundred years about 20 years ago he inherited it from his father. Shortly after getting the land he sold mining rights to it for an unknown sum, his cousin told me he was getting over $50,000 a month in royalties for several months while they were mining it. Recently he sold the gas drilling rights on his property for an unknown sum. Other landowners are getting around $3500 per acre for that so with 640 acres I would guess he is getting over $2 million. But he probably gets more than that because they are going to locate two drilling platforms on his property. In addition to that they get about 15% royalties for the gas that is recovered. Now to top all this off the last ten years he has received over $200,000 for not growing crops on the land nobody ever paid one cent for. He got as sign in his yard SILENT NO MORE.

14. Yeah, they talk a good game ... until it comes to them.
Have a friend who is a Rush-bot and "libertarian". He loved *Bush and was all for the Iraq war. Then first his dog got sick and ran up large bills, then he did. Saw him the other day and he's declared bankruptcy (no personal responsibility oh the horror!) and is now on disability. He had to drop his health insurance and I assume his cancer treatments are being paid for by medicaid.

I feel like throwing it in his face, but the guy has stage 3 cancer and I just can't do it.

22. tell him that he should just die and do the country a favor by saving money
by his own logic he will agree with you. ask him why he didnt just kill himself when he went bankrupt. how can he want to take "entitlements" if he thinks such programs are ruining the usa? tell him that he can either live as a hypocrite or do the honorable thing and kill himself. then ask him if his is still a libertarian.

31. The bitch of this is that this program was enacted to help the family farmer survive
This was never pitched as a way to build mega-farms, but to subsidize family farms who voluntarily removed acreage from production so our surpluses would be as large.
