Have you seen the raids by the DEA in Montana? By Obama's DEA? The same DEA he said would back off of such raids and respect states rights?

His position is still in effect.

Most of the raids that have happened since his declaration are state initiated for actual illegal activity, usually having to do with money, not cannabis.
