Part of the Problem is it's technical; another part is: will this Administration or any of the regulatory agencies do anything, like prosecute?

The leaks are criminal, not photogenic or sexually shocking.

4. You're right -- I did miss it. I was wondering if Asssange was hanging on to it

as a "get out of jail" card if the US (or other countries) go forward with prosecution. I know I would if I were he, and I certainly wouldn't fault him -- or anybody -- for using that to stop a railroading.
