What can we do with thugs like these two "tuff guys?" :grr:

MILWAUKEE -- Josephine Burnette, 11, sums up exactly how her family feels about their miniature doberman pinscher, Big Boy

"I loved him; he was the best dog ever," Burnette said.

Older sister Clarissa says people in the neighborhood knew Big Boy, the tiny dog with the big attitude, by name.

"Everyone loved him, he would always leave and come back and this was the first time he left and didn't come back," Clarissa Burnette said.

Police say the dog was found alive but with severe burns Saturday afternoon just blocks from the Burnettes' home in an alley near 38th and Lloyd.

Because of his injuries, the dog had to be euthanized.

A witness told investigators she saw two teen boys beating the dog with sticks.

5. What kind of people let their dog roam the neighborhood?
They should have any animals taken by animal control for refusing to properly secure them.
