Woman mutilates cat to make outfit for Lady Gaga concert

A 20-year-old woman from Oklahoma has been charged with animal cruelty after she allegedly mutilated a relative’s cat to make a costume for a Lady Gaga concert.

Local news station KFOR said that she had drowned the animal and sliced it open, smearing its blood on her face and outfit. It was unclear what inspired the shocking act, but family members did say the woman was clinically depressed and that her behavior seemed very out of character.
