Whether we, or even he and Kate, like it or not, in all likelihood he will one day become "His Majesty, (________) the (_____), by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of His other Realms and Territories King, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith," with all the privilege (and burden) that role carries with it. At least it can be said of him that he seems to wear the "royal" bit with an appropriately light touch, and that in his public presence and bearing, in his compassion for people who are suffering, he has shown himself to be very much his mother's son. Give the guy a break, already.
