5 dead in apparent murder-suicide in Ohio

OAK HARBOR, Ohio - Police say five people have been found dead inside of an Ottawa County home Saturday morning in an apparent murder-suicide.

Ottawa County Sheriff Bob Bratton confirms the bodies of two adults and three children were found in the home located in Oak Harbor.

Bratton told CBS Affiliate WTOL that a man called 911, stated his name, and said that something tragic just happened at his residence. Bratton said the man admitted to killing his wife and children and said he was going to kill himself, before hanging up.

A SWAT team was sent to the scene of the crime, and upon entering the residence found five people dead.

If things are so tough, and you just can't cope, go somewhere else and blow your own brains out first. Leave the spouse and children out of it and let them at least live in the shame that you are such an asshole.

I'm not even sure someone with mental problems so deep they can shoot their own defensless children can be cured.

the kids will be eligible for survivor's benefits and that will make the difference between living in horrible poverty and just having to be very careful. They feel rather that they're saving the kids from having to endure what they caused when they "allowed" this economy to fuck them over.

there was a woman in upstate New York who drove herself and her 4 children into a lake. They all drowned except one child who escaped.
