Dan Kapanke challenges recall filing--Repubs now trying to get signatures/recall thrown out

It's why many of the recalls are doing two to three times the number of signature required. We know they're going to contest and try to drag the certification out. Let 'em contest...it'll just piss people off further and make the ultimate victory so much sweeter.

One reason many of the recalls are going slowly is they're being watched closely...by both sides. We asked people who signed our petitions if they could show us a Voter Registration card before they signed to make sure they were legit. Remember, the rushpublicans have had years at doing voter intimidation and suppression, I exect they're going to throw any and every technicality into these recalls and delay them as long as possible while more damage is done.
