Before the rally started, Sen. Glenn Grothman (the very unpleasant one who referred to the protesters as "Slobs") walked through behind the crowd. I had already started blowing my horn, so, carrying my sign, I followed about a foot behind him, blowing my horn as loudly as I could, just trailing after him as he looked for an escape. I'm a 53-year-old woman - hard for him to claim he was intimidated by me, but I am sure I made his little outing rather unpleasant. It's the least I could do, considering how many lives he's trying to ruin in Wisconsin.

The sign I directed toward him was the side that said, "They were arrogant and spoiled; they had everything they needed and still refused to help the poor and needy." Ezekiel 16:49

The only problem with the sign-carrying and horn-blowing is that I can't also take photos at the same time! DARN!!!

I don't know enough to bring it up to them, referring to them as Sodomites. I'd be on weak footing in any discussion. That's actually why I didn't use a translation that uses the word, Sodom.

HA, as it was, a woman came up during the rally and shouted in my ear, "They picked the corn." I stopped blowing the horn, and asked, "What?" She said, "The poor picked the corn, they didn't have it given to them." Because of the noise of the rally (more from the counter-rally), I told her that I'd be happy to sit down with her and talk after the rally. Any bets on whether she came back? :shrug: dumb question, I know.
