an utterly intolerant and dogmatic person who did a great deal of good"Milton Friedman on Ayn Rand. |

A person who says Ayn Rand did a great deal of good should not be a person we take seriously. How Milton Friedman won a Noble Prize I will never know.

2. The quote was from Milton Friedman and he did. |
|
In 1976 he won the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics.

Yes, I once knew some people who worshipped Milton Friedman like a god.

19. Read up on her young boyfriend Nathaniel Branden. |

Who wrote a ton of books on self-esteem.
I guess Ayn didn't have any problems with HER self-esteem, or Mr. Greenspan, or Mr. Friedman...
They are the self-proclaimed elite. Who know what's best for all of us peons.

6. The Economics Prize is NOT a real Nobel Prize. |
|
It was created by Swedish bankers and artificially tied to the REAL Nobel Prizes to give this Corporatist propaganda tool legitimacy.

10. Damn, It makes sense to me though, because |
|
honestly economics has always been a very hard science for me to get behind. A lot of theory, but so much of it has been proven false beyond a doubt, in any other branch of science Friedman's theories and Trickle Down would have been abandoned like the theory of a Geo-centric universe,

15. So the man who establised the prizes |
|
has no say over what should or shouldn't be in them? Don't you think he would have included economics if he thought it worthy?

Naomi Klein does a pretty good expose of Friedman in "Shock Doctrine"... also the documentary "The One Percent"
makes me angry that so many agree(d) with his theories
