Donald Trump is pretty shady re: Obama birth certificate
I saw a clip on the daily show where donald trump is saying he has researchers in Hawaii looking into the issue and that they're finding disturbing things or something like that. Then there's this other clip where bill o'reilly is saying his researchers checked the archive in Hawaii and that obama's birth certificate is there and there's no question about it.

Donald Trump is basically being a d'bag sociopath here where he'll say whatever he needs to in order to further his cause. He's just trying to manipulate people who are very impressionable and easily misled because of mental illness, lack of education, mental impairment, or for any number of other reasons. People who prey on the mentally weak like that are total scumbags.

2. I'm really starting to believe
that Trump is just egging on the birthers and baggers. I don't for a minute believe that Trump believes a damn thing he's saying. Each conspiracy theory he goes on about is stuff that the birthers and baggers have been yammering about since Obama won. Trump is just taking them to the next level of absurdity.

5. Oh I agree. I really don't see how he can think there's a real issue regarding Obama's birth
certificate. There's a certain percentage of the population that's mentally vulnerable for a number of reasons and he's trying to scare them into supporting him, which I find pretty shady.

9. I find it funny.
These birthers have a new shiny object to focus on. Donald is giving them what they want. If they are dumb enough to believe what he says, tough. But I don't think the birthers are necessarily dumb. Most of them seem to be older people who are stuck in some 50s sit com fantasy world and Obama just doesn't fit into it.

I'm kind of glad he's out there calling attention to their lunacy. He's the GOP frontrunner right now. How whack is that? By reinforcing their conspiracies, he's also shining light on them - kind of like lifting a rock and exposing what crawls out.

8. CNN (at the bottom of course) has a great article on why Trump's
accusation is so ridiculous. Very well laid out article...The President was born in Hawaii of an American born mother. It's oh so simple, and hospitals put birth announcements in the papers, not individuals...

10. The unpatriotic act of bringing down the sitting President of the
United states has to be done behind a facade of legitimacy, hence the "birther" claim.

.it shows how totally lost the repukes are.

Even the Donald will do.. as long as they get a hate-filled, ignorant right-wing sycophant into the white house.
