Beware of Gangs...
We had the Gang of Seven very early in the career of John Boehner. We had the Gang of Fourteen a few years ago. Now we have the Gang of Six.

I say beware of gangs. The rumors, as reported by Huffington Post, say that the latest Gang of Six Senators may be looking at cutting the Social Security program as a way to save on "tax expenditures".

These gangs don't wear baggy pants or listen to hip-hop.

1. I would ask them what SS has to do with the deficits and
it is money in - money out..... does not cost the feds any money ........
If they touch it then they better be prepared to forfeit all Congressional pensions, which does effect the deficit
Lose all past, present and future pensions........

2. Where did the really famous Gang of Four come from?
If I remember right, they were a communist group?

8. FWIW, I clicked on an ad over at HuffPo and found a $30K purse for sale, decided I am not AH's mark
et. Have not been back since. Didn't like their headline writers anyway, no matter who owns it now. It's just a cut above the Enquirer sometimes.

9. What do they think average Americans are going to live on when they
retire? I know so many people between 50 and 60 who have lost their jobs and who are living off what they had to that point saved for retirement. As for those of us over 65, most of us cannot and will never be able to get another job. There just aren't that many jobs for people over 65. There never were. There never will be. We don't have the physical stamina or strength to do labor that requires lifting or carrying or working quickly. And a lot of the clerical jobs are now done by computers. We aren't needed. Are they planning to just starve us?
