1. From that website...
Sedition is encouraging one's fellow citizens to rebel against their state, whereas treason is actually betraying one's country by aiding and abetting another state.

2. Treason is giving an enemy specific information in a time of war
as to troop strength, movement, and nature of weaponry. Real time harm is done to the country's effort in war.

Sedition is a more slippery commodity, which is why most anti sedition laws have been struck down as an attack on free speech at home.

3. CAN they charge Bradley Manning with treason then, if he didn't
specifically supply that info to the 'enemy'?

6. They can probably try, and then you have to see what the court decides.
Whether they succeed will depend on a number of factors that can't be predicted.

That's my opinion.

10. My concern is that he's going in front of a Military court (I think) --
but we'll have to wait and see how it goes, I guess. If it EVER gets started!

4.  One man's treason is another man's revolution.
Depends on who the victor is...of course.

7. Sedition is incitement to rebellion.
Treason involves aiding an enemy.
