Wisconsin SCJ David Prosser says Recount by challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg would be "frivolous"

This is Prosser's SECOND UNSOLICITED statement on this Today!

MADISON — Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser’s key supporters say a re-count would be expensive and frivolous.

County tallies completed last week show Prosser defeated challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg by 7,316 votes. Kloppenburg has until Wednesday to request a recount at local governments’ expense. She has yet to make a decision.

Prosser’s close friend and former chief-of-staff Brian Schimming spoke at a news conference Monday afternoon. He says there’s no way Kloppenburg can find 7,000 votes in her favor and trying would be tremendously expensive for taxpayers.

Prosser’s attorney, Jim Troupis, told reporters that any recount request would be frivolous and he’s prepared to object legally if Kloppenburg makes the request.

Kloppenburg’s campaign didn’t immediately return a message seeking a response.

This Morning Prosser said the 'Result Of The Election Is Not In Doubt'

MADISON - Incumbent Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser isn't waiting for a potential concession speech from opponent JoAnne Kloppenburg.

"The result of the election is not in doubt," said Prosser in a news conference on Monday.

"A funny thing happened to me on the way to my concession speech. The people of Wisconsin told me to tear it up and go back to work."

He's harassing her, and I hope this tactic BACKFIRES on him!

Methinks he doth protest too much... and the threat of legal action if she even makes a REQUEST. What a piece of work he is...

8. If the count was reversed Prosser would be screaming for blood

Hypocrites, all of them.
