Counties and cities in Michigan should declare secession....

if the state decides to enforce this new law to privatize governments, services, and schools. My question I have is if its unconstitutional and illegal for Governor Rick Snyder to do this? I think it's a travesty if he thinks he can pull this off and the cities and counties of Michigan should call him to the floor on this. Maybe even get him impeached.
