Notice how he says we need the bailout but we don't necessarily need to know who's responsible right now. Well that turned into never, because unlike the Reagan admin where they prosecuted/convicted 2,000 bankers in a very similar scam, the Obama admin has prosecuted ZERO bankers in a scam that is magnitudes worse by dollar amount.
