WTF? Bristol Palin to Attend White House Correspondents Dinner
http://www.politico.com/click/stories/1104/bristol_palin_to_attend_whcd.html

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin may or may not attend the upcoming White House Correspondents’ Dinner on April 30, but her daughter will be there.Bristol Palin will be a guest of People, The Washington Post’s Reliable Source reported. After Bristol’s turn on last season’s “Dancing With the Stars,” she has graced the pages of People plenty of times.

People will also bring Steven Tyler, Mindy Kaling and Chris Colfer from “Glee.”

The Post also reported that Fox's Greta Van Susteren will bring actress Kate Hudson.

You may :puke: now... :eyes:

8. i'm sure they invited the jersey shore people also , they invite anyone who seems to be
on the news. being asked to attend should not be considered an honor.

it's not like the formal white house dinners to honor foreign leaders . even there you will see some news media whores like Blitzer but you wont see reality tv show attention whores .

13. Obama and Michelle have never uttered her name in public and for good reason
Sarah Palin has tried her gosh darn darnest to get a rise out of both of them. It's been one of her many fails.

7. Congratulations Bristol!!! You finally get to go to Prom!!!!
Granted, it's a prom where asswipes like Ross Douthat and Rich Lowry will look down your much-younger cleavage, and have "starbursts" later, but it's still Prom!!!

:boring: as an option?

You understand, of course, that the purpose of inviting the celebs is to give the media a reason to cover it!

Watch your tape of Steve Colbert's speech instead -- it is now five years old! Despite being downloadable for for free, one million people purchased it from iTunes alone!
