the hope that we will challenge them all the way to the Supreme Court.

Once there the idea is that Roberts et. al. will overturn Roe.

I heard Rachael Maddow say this the other night

7. Perhaps we'll finally reach the point where *NO WOMAN* will vote for a Republican?
But frankly, I don't expect it. The prospect of
some Democrat taxing-away their (eventual) lottery
winnings keeps a lot of people voting for Repubs
no matter how much damage the Republicans do to
them.

4. If Roe v. Wade is overturned
there will be protests like this country has never seen.. maybe even riots. I don't think the Roberts court wants to have to deal with that.

6. Then I want it overturned
Because we need some damn protests like we've never seen, if we don't want to be a totalitarian fascist state.

5. You know it.
Case in point: The Ohio "heartbeat bill."

http://www.daytondailynews.com/news/ohio-news/heartbeat-bill-seen-as-possible-challenge-to-roe-v-wade-1138095.html

It's so obvious that it's transparent what the motive is with all this sudden action over abortion.

9. Not to worry
I'm sure that they will still allow corporate persons the right to have an abortion. Why, even now, BP is trying to abort their unwanted child with Transocean and Halliburton.
