...her statements regarding Trig. Those questions have not been answered to my satisfaction. I won't repeat them here because that's obviously not the purpose of your thread, but I am happy to see them probed and kept alive until they're answered.

Are they important questions? That depends on one's perspective, I suspect. I am curious about them-- that makes them somewhat important to me, personally. So yes, I think further examination of the circumstances and everyone's version of events in that matter is interesting.

Maybe she faked it and maybe she didn't, but there's an innocent child involved who is going to grow up having his legitimacy questioned as a result and that's going to cause him harm. It's not his fault his mother (if she is or isn't) is a whack job, and he's going to have a hard enough life dealing with her as is - without all the media attention and speculation on his genetics.

I have to agree with those who say you get into trouble when you start selecting what topics that are out there in the news can and can't be posted. It should be as wide as possible (obviously there are some things that are not allowed).

If Palin HAD been elected, this would be a topic, definitely. It's not quite in the nature of conspiracy theory. There does seem to be plausible evidence. Who knows? Who cares? --Well sometimes you may need to fight fire with fire...when Idiocracy rules.

for many and IMHO we likely share, distractions and an embarassing waste of time -- just what is the insanity and agenda in the media to give time and a modicum of respect to birthers but ignore questions of Palin's pregnancy?
