The Ryan/Republican plan would begin to end Medicaid pretty much immediately.
the roughly 8% of the 55.6 Million who are over 65 means (in 2004) about 4.5 million seniors no longer receiving benefits. Many of those benefits are for nursing home care. Gramma is going to live in the den.
