3. It often did @ rock concerts that I attended inside Cobo Hall in downtown Detroit in the early 70s

contact buzzes, easy, mixed with the smoke of cigarette tobacco and often "THC"...which of course was not actually THC but PCP and/or some other (gawd knows what) poisonous chemicals.
