3. They don't want to endanger their precious plans to build more nukes
by acknowledging the dangers we face.

7. I'd like to see what this group puts out about Chernobyl
for purposes of comparison. Radiation from that event was detected on the West Coast 10 days later. I'd like to know what their maps of that past actual event look like compared to their forecasts.

8. Trace amounts of Iodine-133 detected in Los Angeles drinking water
This is on the same site:

enenews.com

They need to test for other isotopes. Also they need to double up on efforts to purify the water with reverse
osmosis. Because they don't want to do extra work they'll say oh that amount is nothing! But the crap will
keep rolling in because Fukushima is still unstable, essentially in an uncontrolled state where venting is
going on as well as fires that release iodine, cesium, telurium, plutonium into the air.

9. This reminds me about something I meant to post
awhile back.
I saw a couple of articles about a band manager for First Nations Haida in a town in BC who decided to have a lab conduct testing for radiation in water since BC had apparently placed a mobile monitor in Old Massett (alternately spelled Old Masset), measured, then removed it. He felt people in the area needed more information on the readings.
I have not been able to find much follow-up on this, but it might be worth looking for or contacting him.

No-drink order in Old Massett, following radiation increase

10. Suddenly diets are going to be changing. I'm curious just how long before the poison storms are over
Milk from coast. Spinach, red snapper, kale, all from coastal farms. I would guess the threat is confined to the concentrated plumes. Now I'm wondering just when I can start eating fish again. If ever.

Lovely. And everyone thought I was such a pessimist. Sorry, I just knew what was going on in the world. Radiation coming out of coal chimneys as well.
