Florida Pastor And Associate In Jail After Refusing To Pay $1 Bond

Judge Mark Somers set bond of one dollar each for Terry Jones and his associate Wayne Sapp.

The bond conditions also said the two could not set foot on the property of the Islamic Center of America or property adjacent to the mosque.

Both Jones and Sapp refused to pay the one dollar and were ordered to the Wayne County Jail.

Why wouldn't you pay 1 dollar to get out of jail, I mean unless he really is totally broke and doesn't have 1 dollar. Second, he belongs in the nut house rather then prison.
