Do you agree with Lawrence O'Donnell?

He just stated emphatically again that Trump WILL NOT RUN. He's done this several times before. I have to admit I enjoy when he does this. He just sounds so sure of it. (I also like the way he calls him that silly little man).

Anyway...he's going to talk about it again in a few minutes if you've missed his pronouncements on the topic before.
