14. 10:45 on "Why isn't the progressive budget plan on the table?" |
|
I jumped the rail, got crazy at my house for a minute! Sorry. Anyhow that was my favorite segment on Rachel today. (except at 13:12 when Matt Miller says liberals "need to get more creative, publicity-wise" to get their positions on the TV)

5. Of course FOX is fucking silent on this, but it's utterly shameful that |
|
none of the other major media outlets are running with this.

10. One day a reporter will step forward... |
|
Perhaps the result of an attack of conscience....or, more likely, during a rehab stay somewhere...and reveal the fact that reporters at his/her network were specifically instructed to promote the corporate thugs and ignore stories about the struggles of the commoners. It will come in tweets or on Facebook of course, but enough folks will finally hear the truth.
At least I'm hoping.

13. I heard one say, "I'll say it as long as you maintain my lifestyle" |
|
I think she said it to Michael Smerconish on daytime MSNBC. He had given her permission to go ahead and drop the Fbomb. It was an ad-lib Freudian slip that disclosed motive, IMHO.
If you are on air long enough, stuff slips out for many. I heard a journalism lecture where a veteran reporter admitted that supervisors killed pro labor stories every time. She said journalism was over. That the big names are country club wannabes with the powerful now.
And so it goes.
