Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards raises more than $138,000 for Japan

Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards' t-shirt fundraising effort to benefit Japan's earthquake and tsunami victims brought in more than $138,000.00. Richards had vanguarded a fundraising appeal on his official website to help those affected by the devastating 8.9 Tohuku earthquake and the resulting tsunami in Japan. When making his appeal, Richards posted a statement on the site, noting, "For decades, Japanese fans have been some of the most passionate supporters of rock and roll. more:
