I need help finding a post I made in GD in early 2007

I gave a speech on why the US Senate should not end cloture. There was a link to the audio speech. I can't find the speech, so this is my last hope. I know somebody here can do it.

Carrie talked me into giving a speech early in the second term of the W administration US Court House. It was about the Republican power grab and wanting to end the 60 votes needed for cloture in the US Senate.
