Interested in participating in call with CNET editors re: future of cell phone services & tech?
I somehow got on their email list for this kind of thing, but am not available to listen in. If interested, feel free. (perhaps you will come back and give us a little synopsis if anything useful is discussed?) I'm sure the entire issue of Iphone and Android tracking will be discussed, other privacy issues, as well as the merger of AT&T with TMobile

This week's topic: The future of U.S. cell phone carriers

AT&T rocked the wireless world last month when it announced a bid to acquire T-Mobile. If approved, the deal would create the nation's largest carrier, but what would it mean for consumers?
And what would happen if it doesn't go through? Could T-Mobile survive?
