But 59th Ave-67th Ave between Cactus and T-Bird around Ironwood High has some big properties. And Between T-Bird and Greenway west of the canal is pretty upscale as well.
I think Peoria might have some funky zoning as well - may stretch North of Sun City towards Carefree Highway as well.
