AZ Senate President's Son Surrenders To Police


PHOENIX -- The son of Arizona Senate President Russell Pearce has turned himself in to Mesa police in connection with an arrest warrant stemming from a DUI case.

Police say 30-year-old Joshua Trent Pearce was booked Tuesday into the Mesa City Jail and later transported to a Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix. His bond was set at $1,800 and an April 26 hearing scheduled for revoking his probation.
