The "Judicial Independence" of Justice David Prosser of Wisconsin.
Edited on Tue Apr-26-11 08:19 AM by Cal33
Prosser is loud in his rhetoric of the independence of the justices, both
in theory and in fact, of the WI Supreme Court. But he and his Republican
Colleages show the opposite in their dealings with certain County clerks,
such as Nickolaus and others. Things don't look so good for Prosser,
regardless of his torrent of words.

The way I see it, it looks like Prosser's illegal activities will become
exposed, regardless of whether Kloppenburg wins or loses the recount.

It's about time that a Repub. politician becomes exposed for his misdeeds.
Repubs. have been getting away with it almost all the time.

1. "Prosser's illegal activities will become exposed..." that is likely the best thing to come from
the recount. It's not a gimme considering how much the Republicans now control in this state, but it's something for which to hope.

2. Yes, and if their illegal activities do become exposed, and the
Dems. don't feel shy about playing it up for the whole nation to see, maybe
Dems. in other Repub. states will become encouraged to do the same with other
Repub. illegal activities in their state, too.

This has to be fought tooth and nail. The Repubs. have gone too far. And
another thing: Electronic voting machines and scanners have to go -- as
well as the Replub. intimidation of and deliberately giving false information
to Dem. voters... and other dirty tricks ad infinitum.

They've got to be watched like hawks.
