I'm on theTSA's "watch" list now.
A couple weeks ago flying out of Fort Lauderdale I got the full-monty scan, search, and grilling. They were extraordinarily interested in my watch and were very upset with me because I didn't remove it before the scan. "It's plastic" was not a sufficient explanation. Finally they concluded that my cheap plastic Casio did not conceal some Jame Bondian doomsday device and sent me on my way.

Now I know why.
Buy your own Al Qaeda-approved OFFICIAL terrorist watch

Don't forget, folks, that you too can own the Casio F91W, the wristwatch considered by America's crack anti-terrorist experts as a sure sign of terrorist affiliations. Just $12!

6. Becoming a terrorist is too easy these days.
You should have at least put on a funny accent to really sell it. :D

7. My watch is worse than that
It is a Casio labelled as an atomic watch! (Really!!) "Atomic" means that the time is corrected daily by referring to a US government atomic clock by signals broadcast from Colorado.

13. Mine is a wave ceptor.
What will think of that? Should I tell them it is designed to rebuffed waves like the ones in Japan so it doesn't cause a melt down inside the watch?

14.  I'll have it running in countdown mode next time I fly
That should give them something to get excited about. I mean why pay a doctor for a colonoscopy and testicular exam when the TSA will do it for free?

11. What's a watch?
I have a clock app on my iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, laptop. Why would I want to carry another piece of technology.

12. Well, sonny back in days when we wore barbed wire shoes to school
a "watch" was the thing that you used to cross-check the sundial. It was an amazing futuristic device that told you the time, and even sometimes the date without a 3-year $99 per month contract, a hot spot, service area, or an ISP. How did people even function without having to carry around all that technology?

15. I never wore one, even back in the day.
It always felt like chaining my soul to a little clock.
