Coupon.
I really mean this!

Obey me on this one!

Always use the word "coupon" at least once when talking about the Ryan budget. They want to do away with Medicare as we know it, and replace it with a "coupon".

I think it resonates much more than the word "voucher".

2. I saw Anthony Weiner frame the argument this way ...
and I thought it was devastating. Normally, the Repubs are so much better at messaging than us, but I think this nails it.
