fukushima Scream
Edited on Tue Apr-26-11 03:22 PM by alfredo
I did this using GIMP. It was inspired (the radioactive sign superimposed over the screaming face) by a poster made in Chernobyl right after the disaster there.

Give this a kick if you can

horror of this disaster.

12. Maybe in a few hundred years
they can make it into a big park, a monument to the day when nuclear power was finally rejected as a bad idea by Early Technology Humans.

17. maybe in a hundred years
they'll have some robots and cyborgs to groom it and try to get some non-radioactive vegetation growing. Then later people can drive through. And then one day in the far distant future they can
walk there. If humans are still around.

Can the average person even understand the horrors of this, contamination lasting for thousands of years?

How can people in good conscience let this go on?

into a more topical toon.

And I love it!!! From glowing in the dark on the west coast. I live five miles from the pacific coast and Fukushima has got me WORRIED! It would be to much to ask for reliable data on our radiation exposure. I I I feel like SCREAMING!:wtf:
