an elderly gentleman stood up and pretty much schooled Ryan on how to cut the budget (NO cuts for the rich, etc.), and told Ryan he could call him if he wanted to debate the issue more.

The man then stated his phone number, but the last numbers were bleeped out.

It had to be profanity, i.e., "1 800 EAT SHIT" :)
