* The "Mailing Address" line is left blank. Of course, when you supply a street address, the mailing address is unnecessary, but still, they say this is clearly evidence of fraud.

* Also, what about his draft registration? If he didn't register for the draft, then all his student loans and transcripts are also fraudulent. Except, I'm older than Obama, born in 1959...the draft was cancelled shortly after I entered High School. I assume it was for people born in 1961, as well.

* There is no raised seal. They find this "interesting," as someone else posting has a raised seal on his B.C. Clearly more evidence of fraud somehow.

* Obama's mother is listed as being 18 at age of birth (a fact which no one ever denied)...this is more evidence that he is illegitimate.

* There is no space for "Race of Child." They also find this "interesting," that the mother and father's race is indicated, but not the child's. Well, you stupid fucking morons, if the mother is Caucasian and the father is Caucasian, it would be safe to assume the child was as well. But if the mother was Caucasian and the father was African, uh...the child wouldn't be Caucasian. Why would they need a separate blank for this?

* Of course, they now insist this proves nothing, that he has to provide his college transcripts, too.

I argued politics with conservatives online for many years then gave it up as it was pointless and time-consuming. Every single one of them was the same: an angry, bitter, infantile screamer who was going to believe in whatever nonsense they wanted to, and damn the facts.

Time and time again when these so-called people would ask me for proof of one of my statements, I would ask "So when you receive the proof will you accept it?" Of course they'd sneer "Sure, which will never happen, you LIEberal." So I'd present them with the proof and invariably - every single time - they would just start screaming denials or excuses. The best was when they would deliberately tell more lies to cover their asses. Case in point, Jay Severin, local right-wing radio asshole. He lied to his listeners about having a Pulitzer Prize and this was reported in the Boston Globe. One of his loyal acolytes insisted the Globe just made it all up "because they'll say anything." I provided independent proof that Severin made the Pulitzer Prize claim elsewhere long before the Globe ever picked it up. Of course my opponent refused to honor said proof and just threw a tantrum about how it was all a fake, the source couldn't be reliable, etc. As meanwhile both of us knew fully well he was just lying and running from the truth.

I see this even among otherwise reasonable people I know; a coworker of mine who believes in the garbage on Fox News. I told him a study showed Fox News viewers were among the LEAST informed out there, but of course it did no good. The study was all a big liberal myth, he claimed. And this is someone otherwise intelligent in other avenues!

So, there's simply no convincing idiots of anything. We've reached a point in our society where facts are irrelevant since there are "your facts" and "my facts." Psychological studies have shown people look for evidence that confirms their opinions and ignore the rest or that which they can't understand, don't want to face, etc. The only purpose these people serve is to remind us to be objective and logical as possible and not blindly cling to biases or preconceived notions (although the notion they're morons too stupid to unzip to use the toilet is hard to avoid!)

If you can rebrand something, give it a makeover, a facelift, a name change, a new backstory, SOMETHING - ANYTHING, then you've created a solution to your "problem" (how DARE they think I'm a racist!?!?!?!? Or - it's NOT selfishness! It's "personal responsibility"!!!! Everyone needs to grow up and handle their own problems THEMSELVES - just like I do - and not expect ME to have to pay to bail them out...).

And if you get enough fast-talkers in high places with enough manufactured expertise or titles or impressive credentials (from some of those koch-funded "foundations" and "institutes" where these assholes can hide behind fancy manufactured artificial titles like "senior fellow" or "research specialist" or "best-selling author" because the institute bulk-bought that new book that it published under its own artificially-inflated self-initiated publishing banner that its "author" whom it hired thereby to anoint with some cosmetic "credibility" put together with a lot of manufactured "facts" that were determined by a bunch of its own manufactured push-polls and astroturfed "letters to the editor"... etc) you can push the falsehood forward and give it credibility.
