The Republicans will not be happy until they succeed in taking this country by a bully coup. |

Bully coup. You heard it here first. There are reports that the right-wingers are going crazy on right-wing shows because of this birth certificate. They want to believe it's fake and that Obama's presidency should be invalidated. This is serious because they never were going to accept him. We are seeing the beginning of a coup attempt. That's my opinion.

Along with that there is the abject defense of corporate rights by the Republicans and Faux News; two statements I heard:
1. "Corporations have the right to build plants whereever they want, they shouldn't have listen to unions tell them where."
2. "The EPA is making it impossible for corporations to effectively make a profit so they can hire people. The EPA is dangerout to job creation."
It's scary as hell.

A black woman, Republican, who didn't agree with the tag of racism just said that the U.S. is not a racist country and the proof is that Obama is president. Yet, she supports the birthers who refuse to accept the validity of the certificate? I don't get it.

5. Yah, well, money does strange things to people. |
|
If I was a black man and had no ethical values at all, I'd probably become a right-wing spokesperson. There's money in that. Of course, I do have ethics and I'm not black, so there goes that plan.
If you're a black Republican, whether you believe their garbage or not, lots of people want to talk to you. You're a rara avis and rare birds are quite valuable.
That's my take on it.

I think we all encountered bullies as kids and know how they should be handled by now. We know what the only thing they respond to is. :grr:

8. Don't kid yourself. They won't be happy then, either |

the OCD Rs won't feel safe and clean until everyone they see from cradle to grave looks and acts just like them. Anybody who doesn't must disappear.

They're just desperately trying to hold on to their grasp of it.
