(note: Barca is the Wisconsin Democratic Assemblyman who tried to stop the illegal passing of Walker's bill by loudly calling the action illegal, but was ignored by the Republicans.)


Dear Friends,

In one week, we have the perfect opportunity to send a strong signal to Governor Walker that we object his message.

On May 3rd, Wisconsin’s 94th Assembly District will hold a special election to replace the Governor's top aide. If Steve Doyle can successfully win this election as the first Democrat in 12 years, this will send a tremendous signal to Governor Walker and help to set the stage for the first recall election in this Senate District.

While polls show Steve has a clear lead there are right wing groups, including one from Virginia, that are spending nearly $125,000 to smear his reputation. Their goal in spending such a large amount of money is to elect his opponent who has indicated he will be fully supporting Walker's policies.

10. Here in La Crosse I am seeing anti-Doyle ads.

I've never heard that he is related to ex governor Doyle. My rep is Jennifer Schilling who will run against Kapanke in the recall election. This is a big election though and will send a clear signal as to how the recall election will go.
