Went out on business in 1988 or so at Digital Equip Corp and by coincidence caught my first Balloon Fiesta.

I returned on my own every few years when I could afford to and experienced Madras, Santa Fe, Taos, Ojo Caliente (when it was still really rustic and unpolished) and even managed a 6-month stay once North of Taos and enjoyed the Film Festival.

It's been a few years but many times while I'm working I have KTAO via Internet on; there's nothing like it where I live (because where I live is nothing like Taos I suppose).

Mmmm... now I'm dreaming of a real sopapilla from Michael's Kitchen. Sigh........
