There's an extraodinary reason why I can't stand Donald Trump...

When my kid was very young, about 15 months, she showed an inordinately advanced ability to read letters whether they be block, print, or script. Anyway, we were driving down to my Mom's place in Ventnor, NJ, right next to Atlantic City, but got squeezed out at Exit 2 of the Expressway, so we had to continue to the terminus of the highway which ended right at the old bus station and is right in the middle of the casinos. My daughter looked up from whatever she was doing, looked directly at the TRUMP PLAZA sign and distinctly said "Trump!". It was the first word she had ever read and said aloud in my presence. I was so PISSED OFF...but laughed at the time and considered the irony. She, all these years later, has no memory of the incident, but certainly has heard the story from that day forward and feels as though 'she was there'...which she was.
