Paul Ryan "too soft on grandma" - Ron Johnson (POS-Wi)
http://www.jsonline.com/news/statepolitics/120989129.html

<snip>
In his first news conference in Milwaukee since taking office, Republican U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson said Friday that Rep. Paul Ryan's budget proposal shows "courage," but Johnson would push for what he sees as stronger medicine:

He wants to see spending caps and a constitutional limit on government spending.

Johnson criticized President Barack Obama for "not showing any leadership" on lowering the federal budget deficit, and dusted off bits of his campaign rhetoric, saying that the federal government is too large and is the root cause of much of what ails the nation today.

<end snip>

This asshat thinks sunspots are causing the climate change. His entire candidacy was built on his reputation as an entrepreneur. Turns out he just married the entrepreneur's daughter; he didn't build the biz himself. And we're stuck with him for almost six more years. Scheeeeze.

Oh, yeah. My quote in the subject was not intended to be a factual statement.

1. His business' biggest customer was also his FIL
for many years. Johnson's is a very bad a case of nepotism with complicating hubris.

Did you know his daughter's a nurse? And 6 months after the election, he still has absolutely nothing else to say.

3. UGH, I can't stand that smarmy asshole.
And he's been wise to lay low and let Walker take all of the heat. He makes my blood boil. x(

4. I think he kept everything vague during the campaign
so the pukes wouldn't figure out how stupid he was. Well, is he going to make generalized attacks and produce no legislation for an entire 6 year term? His approval rating is something like 36% so voters remorse may be worse than for Walker.

Or maybe people realize they just gave up the smartest man in the Senate for the dumbest.
