Drone warfare hurts innocent civilians
On Good Friday, several demonstrators from the Binghamton area joined about 250 others from around New York at the entrance of the Hancock Air Force Base in Syracuse.

These courageous protesters met to call attention to the tortured and crucified of today who are victims of the unmanned assassination aircrafts (drones) that are making a graveyard out of numerous sovereign nations, the latest being Libya.

If the murders of "expendable" innocent women and children killed by these drones in YOUR name do not touch your heart, what kind of stone is it made of? We are in a new age of dehumanizing war with "state of the art" technology that shields the operators of these drones from seeing bodies blown to pieces with missiles and laser-guided bombs.

We have a sterile, immoral operation right here in our backyard. Thanks to these protestors for having the courage to rile our consciences.

1. This reminds me of the Star Trek episode where people were ordered to report to extermination booths
when the computer generated wars would calculate the death tolls. You are so insulated from the realty.

3. Is there a kind of warfare that does not?
"Man has killed man from the beginning of time, and each new frontier has brought new ways and new places to die. Why should the future be different?"

4. "Man" used to be a fetus too
Man has eaten their food raw since the beginning of time. Why should fire change anything? Why should we even investigate fire? After all, it burns.
